1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). After processing, your package is handed to the carrier.
2. How long does delivery take?
Shipping takes approximately 4–8 business days. In rare cases (weather, holidays), please allow up to 11 business days.
3. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free. Savannah Boutique covers all costs, no minimum order required.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us at info@savannahboutique.us.
If the order has already shipped, you can return it once delivered.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your items on delivery. If damaged, email us with photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
7. What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 11 business days, contact us at support@savannahboutique.us so we can assist.
8. What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable: gift cards, outlet/sale items (unless faulty), and jewelry/accessories (hygiene reasons).

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (unless item is faulty/incorrect).
9. How do I request a return or refund?
Email info@savannahboutique.us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
10. Do you offer exchanges?
Please return your item and place a new order for the replacement piece.
